Membership
Joining is Easy!!
Annual dues are $35.00, with an optional $10.00 additional fee to have the newsletter
mailed. Please make checks payable to Wednesday Etc.
Follow the directions given for mailing your dues.
Benefits of Membership
Members receive a monthly Newsletter which announces future
programs, reports on times, dates, and locations of upcoming/ongoing events and
activities.
We publish an annual confidential “Membership Directory” which lists the names,
addresses and phone numbers of all current members. The directory also list current members of the Board of Directors and Committee Chairpersons. To have your name included in each year’s new directory, a completed Membership Application and your annual dues must be received by September 1. Members who have a business may advertise in the directory (see printable
Membership Application for details).
Active members may attend the monthly luncheons and join any of the club’s on-going
activities such as Hand & Foot, Bunco, Bridge, Poker, MahJongg, and the Book Club.
Responsibilities of Membership
All members and guests must show evidence of Covid immunizations.
Make reservations for events you plan to attend before the stated deadline.
If you discover that you cannot attend an event you have made a reservation for, honor
the cancellation date published in the newsletter. If you miss the deadline, you may
send a substitute/guest in your place, but we cannot give refunds after the deadline has
passed and we must charge for “no-shows”.
You may bring a non-member guest to two events or luncheons, but after two
attendances, your guest will be required to join and pay dues.
Participate in as many events and on-going activities as you wish, and volunteer to help
if you have time – we always need extra hands, hearts, and heads! These are wonderful
ways to get to know your fellow members and make new friends.
